Model Christian College conducted a one-day workshop on “Tutorials: Unlocking Students’ Potential” for the faculty of the college on the 4th of February, 2025. The resource person for the day Dr. Rajesh Babu Pammi, Assistant Professor, Modern Institute of Teacher Education, Kohima.
Dr. Pammi spoke about the different tools and techniques used by teachers for tutorial purposes. He specifically focused on the importance of teachers’ preparedness and honing a well-structured approach for a well-managed classroom and for effective tutoring.
Simultaneously, resource persons from Mahendra’s Coaching Institute, Dimapur delivered a career guidance talk to the students on how to prepare for competitive exams. They also provided tips and tricks to succeed in any public exams.
The resource persons were Mr. Tsutsamo Ezung and Mr. Rieli Pa.
